Say hi to Wheeler, our other black belt! When he's not at the gym, you can find him scouting out great places to eat, e-foiling, or planning his next trip destination.
Beloved cat dad and striking coach, Tommy, brings boxing skills, and some seriously dry Texas humor, to the team. He's always ready to help new folks find their footing as they build confidence in class.
Meet Jesse, a striking coach with 8 years of experience. He is passionate about teaching, good food, and birds! He loves helping people find out what they're capable of and demanding another 15 kicks. on the Thai pads.
Vincent is one of our striking coaches! He loves all combat sports, but is especially proficient in Muay Thai. His son? A future world champion in the making.
This is Emily, the gym's coordinator and kids' coach. She runs on a suspicious level of organization. Ask her about her "evil little wrist locks," or don't, she might demo one anyway.
Meet Heather, the first face you see at the gym! She is our wonderful front desk person and is always willing to help you out. Not only is she awesome, but she's got a wicked jiu jitsu game too.
Hi y’all! This is Morrigan, one of our dedicated kids’ coaches. She brings tons of energy and positivity to every class, and she’s fueled by her love for teaching and Chick-fil-A mac & cheese.
Courtney is one of our delightful kids' coaches. She is passionate about helping others learn jiu jitsu and has a gaggle of geese at home. Be sure to ask her how Chuck and Larry are doing!
Meet Brittney, our yoga instructor. Her classes reflect her earthy, intuitive nature-grounded, nurturing, and always tailored to what your body needs most. Not only that, but she'll be sure to make you a laugh in class.
