Kids Classes- Specially tailored for youth ages from 5 until 13. These classes are focused on mastering the fundamental movements, positions and basic concepts of brazilian jiu jitsu. In these classes we are building their ability to handle confrontation as well as confidence in themselves. Classes will consist of a warm-up, the teaching and drilling of techniques in a controlled fashion and limited live sparring.

Beginner- This class is aimed at all belt levels to either establish or hone our basic skills. In Fundamentals we will be covering the fundamental movements and basic concepts of brazilian jiu jitsu. This class is intended to cover self-defense techniques as well as some of the basics of sport jiu jitsu. The focus of this class is to build a strong foundation to develop your own “game” on. Classes will consist of a warm-up, instruction, controlled drilling and limited positional and live sparring.

Mixed Levels- This class is designed to support the the development of ALL levels of athletes! Intermediate classes will help you with understanding the complex systems that make up jiu jitsu exchanges, as well as developing game plans for competition. While all skill levels are welcome to this class, it is recommended that you have at least a basic understanding of jiu jitsu positions and concepts. Classes will consist of a short warm up, technique instruction and drilling, and significant sparring. Periodically, mild conditioning will be added to this class depending on approaching competitions.

Open Mat- The mats will be made available for students at ANY gym. Have some fun!
