This class focuses on intermediate techniques in boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai. Students have the opportunity to gain sparring clearance and refine their combat proficiency. Open to all members, whether you're honing your technique or just beginning, our expert instructors provide personalized guidance to help you achieve your goals. 

Preschool Jiu Jitsu (Ages 3-5): This introductory class is tailored for young students eager to learn foundational Jiu Jitsu skills. Our curriculum integrates Jiu Jitsu techniques to enhance essential developmental skills crucial for school-age readiness. Designed to promote physical activity in a stimulating and enjoyable environment, this class offers a constructive outlet for youthful energy.

Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 6-13): Tailored specifically for youth aged 6 to 13, these classes focus on mastering fundamental movements, positions, and basic concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our goal is to enhance their ability to handle confrontation and build self-confidence. Each session includes a warm-up, structured technique instruction and drilling, and controlled live sparring.

Adult Jiu Jitsu: Open to all belt levels, our Adult classes are designed to establish or refine essential skills. Covering fundamental movements and basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu concepts, these sessions include self-defense techniques and an introduction to sport Jiu Jitsu basics. The emphasis is on developing a strong foundation to build your personal "game." Classes consist of a warm-up, detailed instruction, focused drilling, and limited positional and live sparring.

Advanced Jiu Jitsu: Our Advanced classes cater to intermediate practitioners looking to delve deeper into Jiu Jitsu systems and competition strategies. A basic understanding of Jiu Jitsu positions and concepts is required. Sessions include a brief warm-up, detailed technique instruction and drilling, significant sparring, and occasional conditioning tailored for upcoming competitions.

Weight Lifting: This program blends foundational strength training principles with expert guidance to help you enhance your overall fitness. Led by our experienced personal trainer, this class utilizes proven techniques to empower you on your fitness journey. With a focus on safe lifting practices and tailored workouts in our dedicated weightlifting area, this class is perfect for everyone—from beginners to seasoned lifters.

Pilates: This program emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through a series of controlled movements. Guided by our skilled instructor, this class incorporates essential Pilates principles to help you improve posture and enhance your physical performance. With a focus on mat-based exercises, this class is designed for all fitness levels. 

Open Mat: Open to students from any gym, our Open Mat sessions offer a relaxed environment to practice and have fun on the mats.
